Pharrell’s Something In The Water Festival is returning for 2023. The three-day event will take place June 17–19 at Independence Ave. in Washington, D.C. General sale tickets will be available Saturday, April 30 at 10 a.m. local time here. Pharrell himself will headline the festival with an ensemble act called “Pharrell & Phriends.” The rest of the event’s lineup, out today, is quite varied: Some standout names include Tyler, The Creator, Lil Uzi Vert, Davido, Ashanti & Ja Rule, Chloe x Halle, Baby Tate, Mariah The Scientist, Rae Sremmurd, Teyana Taylor, Tierra Whack, and Dave Matthews Band.
